Mô tả công việc

• Receiving & checking application form at General Agency (GA) Office.
• Delivering the best & creative service to clients
. Receiving application form, adjusting information form; collecting & managing receipts, solving complaints from valued customers in General Agency Office
. Checking accuracy & regular with requisition before transferring to other sections
. Receiving & paying the prescribed fee from the company.
. Implement daily/monthly reports.
. Supporting to reach Division targets and Company objectives and performing tasks assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor/College/Intermediate degree
• Preferred in Insurance, Economics & Business Administration
• Having experience 1-3 years in Customer Service / Customer Care in insurance, finance & service
• Careful, accurate and honest characteristic
• Has initiative and drive to constantly review and enhance workflows of section to maximise operational effectiveness
• Ability to identify, analyse, organise and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner
• Good time management skill, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
• Knowledge in computer software and using computer system
• Able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Proficient in English skill is priority
• Good initiative and team spirit
