Senior Growth Analyst - Hà Nội

We're looking for a Senior, Growth Analytics to partner with sales, marketing, product, and data science teams to power the growth of user acquisition & retention through data-driven insights. An ideal candidate should have a robust knowledge of consumer lifecycle and behavior analysis, customer segmentation, performance marketing, and business operations for a user-centric digital product company.

Responsibilities

• Identify key user insight to identify new ways to scale user growth. This includes promotion scheme, user segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, churn analysis, cross-sale opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product & Data Science team to analyze and synthesize the data required to launch, scale, and improve the efficiency of promotion programs & other growth initiatives
• Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision making. Work with cross-functional teams to rapidly execute & achieve monthly targets of user growth
• Design and develop business metrics, create insightful automated dashboards and data visualization to track them and extract useful business insights
• Support the allocation and ROI measurement of budget for user growth in weekly, monthly and quarterly planning cycles

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis/management consulting/performance marketing for top tier consulting or technology firms
• Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across different teams and departments
• Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
• Comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated experience in testing hypotheses and solving problems without a well-defined direction.
• Experience in processing big amounts of data and be familiar with SQL, Big Query, Data Studio, Presto, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Background from payment, e-commerce, retail banking is a plus
