- Join in the recruitment team of FPT Software, the largest software company in Viet Nam (over 15.000 IT Staffs)
- Actively co-operate with manager to clear resource plan and make recruitment plan.
- Understand recruitment request requirements and job description.
- Source, screen and evaluate candidates matching the recruitment requirements.
- Follow up with candidates for set up interview, benefit deal...
- Build up, maintain, expand candidate database.
- Maintain a good relationship with candidates for future and/or unexpected hiring need.
- Active in recruitment activities/ events and branding the company name.
- Prepare recruitment reports weekly/monthly.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good experience in working as IT recruiter in large company.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
- Be result-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident and able to work under high pressure.
- Good appearance, nice, good looking.
- Good experience in Excel, Reporting, Tool, data analysis.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently (plus).
