  • Handle nominated shipments
  • Receive booking from factory & open the file
  • Check orders and detail in systems
  • Send email to get approval from oversea customers
  • Release booking to shipper and follow up
  • Contact with carriers, vendors for any issue
  • Issue HBL / MBL.
  • Contact with OPS for any related issue
  • Check documents
  • Image all shipping docs to system
  • Input data entry (E2K / Order Watch)
  • Tracking & Tracing
  • Solve all related concerns / problems
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction
  • Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery and special service requirements
  • Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
  • Limit complaint from customers at 0 (zero) time per month
  • Building, training and leading team. Encourage effective cooperation among team members and between teams. Inspire team spirit and the commitment to achieve high standards of performance
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Monitor data entry in team
  • Review Cost & Revenue updated for all shipments in team
  • Follow process & zero out rejection amount

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Good command in English (Level C)
  • Min. 2 years – experience of Sea freight operation
  • Have good interpersonal skills as this can be client facing and so customer care skills are very important
  • Good attention to detail, this includes continuously monitoring shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery
  • Acceptance to work in pressure environment
  • Working location: 12th Floor Tower A, Office Block and Commercial Center, Viettel Building, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 12, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City
