Senior Product Marketing / Growth Executive

R&D:

- Research on market, customer needs and customer behavior for insights and ideas to improve existing products and develop new ones.

- Collaborate with Product team and Development team in the process of developing new products/new features.

Plan and manage product launch campaigns:

- Define product positioning and marketing key message to roll out new product/new feature.

- Conduct feedback sessions to gather input from internal members.

- Run product release training for sales team (BD team).

- Keep track on key metrics and collect customer feedbacks to improve product features and marketing messages.

Develop new strategies and tactics to increase app engagement and user retention:

- In charge of developing new in-app activities to engage more users and boost MAU

- Keep track and report key metrics of users in-app activities

- Maintain brand consistency across in-app experience: tone of voice, key message, brand identity, etc.

- Experience in planning and managing product launch campaigns or in charge of marketing and growth

- Experience in a tech company is a plus

- Research skills: A crucial part of being a product marketing manager is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.

- Collaborative skills: As a product marketing executive, you will have to collaborate with multiple teams including Sales, Tech, Product and senior executives.

- Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels.
