- Manage the ITMS (Helpdesk, Monitoring, Operations, Maintenance) Project for JP/US Customer.
- Establish and execute a project plan
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
- Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College graduated
- At least two (2) years+ experience as Project PM from 5-10 people or experience in a similar role
- Be able to independently manage and take responsibility for the results of the project
- To have experience in project management with JP/US customers are preferred
- To have experience within an IT Service Management role conducting development of Information Technology processes, information flow, associated reports, and applications for defined service domain have experience in IT Managed Service is a plus
- Good leadership, teamwork & motivate members.
- To know with ITIL v4 is a plus
- Be able to communicate with customers in Japanese/English is a plus
