Service Technical Support Staff (18 triệu)

1. Technical support to customers and dealers

 To receive technical support request from customers and dealers

 To support customers and dealers to fix the technical problem online and on-site in normal and in urgent cases

2. Warranty support to dealers and company’ warranty team

 To check the warranty cases on-site for product failure or operation failure

 Support warranty to approve warranty for the difficulty cases

3. To support customer care event

 Safety & Eco drive training for customers at customer sites and event location

 Technical support and training for fleet customers

 Support other event related to technical matter

4. Support technical training team to develop and standardize SOP:

 Free Maintenance Program

 High frequent maintenance and repair

5. Support to engine test for Vehicle Type Approval.

 Support to remove the engine from the vehicle, install the engine for testing at the testing center

6. Other activities

 To support Production Division request

 To support Office in Japan request (Service campaign, others)

 Other jobs upon assignment

7. Reporting

 Monthly technical report results report

- Bachelor in automobile, mechanical, technical field

- 3-5 years’ experience in actual truck repair, heavy equipment, special purpose vehicle …etc.

- Analytical & problem solving - Technical.

- Understanding of dealer after sales operation and service technical matters.

- Experience in using diagnostic software.

- Hand-on technical skills

-Team work/Cross-functional working skill.

-Customer-oriented.

-Good at English.

- Làm 8h-17h30; thứ 2-thứ 6

- Tháng lương 13, tăng lương hàng năm, thưởng năm tài chính (tùy thuộc vào tình hình kinh doanh trong năm)

- BH full lương+trợ cấp; BHSK 24/24

- 12 ngày phép + 6 ngày nghỉ ốm hưởng lương (điều kiện: cung cấp giấy khám/ chữa bệnh) + nghỉ hè (tối đa 5 ngày)
