Zara is looking for talents for the upcoming new store in Hanoi

Job Description (Store supervisor)

Supervise, control, coach and give input on performance review of own staff, enhance skills
Assist Section Manager in controlling implementation of merchandising plan for existing brands and store’s inventory management
Supervise, monitor, and perform inventory management activities
Supervise retail operations activities in own section covering protection of company asset, customer servicing following standard operating procedures

Job Description (Cashier)

Perform operational sales activities in store and customer servicing following standard operating procedures;
Perform cashiering activities and perform customer satisfaction initiatives including handling of customer complaints.

Job Description (Sale assistant)

Perform implementation of store merchandising plan for existing brands including store inventory level
Perform operational sales activities in store and customer servicing following standard operating procedures;
Perform customer satisfaction initiatives including handling of customer complaints

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Minimum diploma or bachelor degree
At least 1 years’ experience in the same position
Good communication skill and English
Good leadership skills
Good sense of fashion and sales person
Willing to work at store with shifting hour, weekend, and public holiday
Representative grooming
