System Integration Executive

1. IT Support:

– Give clear advice and guidance to users for any matter related to new software and hardware installations/ upgrades. Troubleshoot errors if applicable

– Support in extracting and viewing reports, coordinate with vendors to investigate the report in case issues are arising

– Understanding the Profit System and its functions, information flow for smooth operation

– Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements

– Support Marketing events

– Support Customer Service Dept. in CLS System

2. Manager Support

– Smoothen project promotion via proactive communication among users to vendors or IT department

– Be able in charge for full cycle of IT project from researching, system planning, budget planning, vendor selection and management, project management, release, operation support, system operation, write project and system document

– Research and evaluate EPR system for Retail

3. Rules & Regulations

– Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations

– Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations

4. Other duties

– Make report templates as the top management’s requirement by working with vendors and related partners

– Research, offer new IT solutions and techniques for upgrading, improving and simplifying current network systems, day-to-day operations of stores and company

– Propose solutions to reduce manual processes

– Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by IT Manager

1. Qualifications & Experience

– University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

– Minimum 03 years of IT experience

– Experience in SharePoint, PowerApp…

2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

– Good command of spoken and written English

– Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

– Good verbal and written communication skills

– Able to handle multi-tasks

– Must have good organizational and time-management skills

– Reasoning ability: Ability to definite problems. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations
