Head office recruitment
- Be in charge of full recruitment cycle from reviewing JD with Hiring Manager, exploiting suitable channels, screening CVs, interviewing and handling job offer in order to reach recruit target (%), circle (days) and budget.
- Design and continuously improve candidate/employee experience from pre-onboarding, onboarding, personalized employee moments and exiting process.
- Be in charge of mass recruitment for CVS operations (store manager, assistant store manager, customer services representation positions) based on weekly and monthly requests including screening CVs, interviewing, handling job offer and on-boarding process in order to reach recruit target (%) and budget.
- Train and manage part-time to reach goals (manage timesheet, budget, briefing,…)
Learning & Development
- Define gap of employee growth and business demand to design appropriate L&D journey.
- Design and manage L&D program and continuously improve L&D experiences.
- Be in charge of L&D budget and effectiveness.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 1.5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Good in English and MS offices.
Good sense of caring people and company culture.
Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning and quick adaptation.
Strong passion with HR.
Good task management skills.
