1. Handling full cycle of the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for all vacancies
2. Being the contact point who working closely with hiring managers to understand, analyze and consult recruitment request, hiring needs.
3. Enriching the candidate pool/sourcing channels for all the industries that the company aiming to
4. Working with Talent Acquisition Team on Employer Branding activities/plan on target audience
5. Implement recruitment report (Daily, Monthly Report)
6. Administrative support for HR and Talent Acquisition tasks.
7. Other tasks as assigned from direct superior
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Graduated from University majoring in Human Resource, Labor Economics, Business Administration or other major with a strong desire in HR, especially Talent Acquisition
2. From 1 – 2 years working experience in the same position is preferable.
3. Good communication, problem solving and multitasking skills.
4. Fluently in English
5. Great teamwork and customer service mindset
