- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Conduct job postings
- Execute candidate selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc.)
- Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent
- Partner with multiple hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs in order to effectively drive recruitment efforts
- Maintain all existing recruitment channels and run analytics to measure its effectiveness
- Provide an engaging and stellar candidate experience for all our candidates
- Network and build relationships with candidates to develop a strong talent pipeline for the business
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
- Plan and executive engagement activities and events to enhance employee engagement
- Provide Orientation for new employees
- Join with HR communication to take part into activities with external partners in job fairs, career advisor, and university campaign
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or Diploma relating to Business study is required
- At least 1 years of experience in recruitment position
- Project and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g.Linkedin, Facebook)
- Creative problems solving skills with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of sales situations and quickly understand to execute on projects
- Good interpersonal & problem solving skills
- Highly proactive, positive
- Languages: English and Vietnamese
