- Handle export/import shipments from/to Vietnam according to all given requirements and rules; regulations externally as well as internally. Having experience in US trade lane is an advantage.
- Liaise with booking team to secure space; arrange flight.
- Getting the best cost from shipping lines, airline
- Good knowledge about services information to provide best offers to customers.
- Solve problems with Airlines, Carriers, oversea Agents, Customers.
- Tracing/ updating and cooperate with worldwide agent network to handle shipments smoothly..
- Overseeing, supporting and advising the other staff how to handle for their job smoothly.
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of customer service operations.
- Doing other works if assigned from Management
- Graduated from university in relevant majors
- At least 3 year experiences in forwarding company.
- English is required. Chinese is plus.
- Good skills of computers ; Microsoft Office.
- High responsibility, be able to work under high pressure.
- Knowledge about import and export with all kind of type.
- At least 1 years experiences in same position
- Good command of English.
