Technical Writer/ Intern

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Contribute to the maintenance of the product architecture
• Other tasks as assigned by manager

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field is preferred
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into understandable documentation for end users
• Ability to independently research deeply into related subject matters
• Excellent writing skill in both Vietnamese and English
• Familiarity with office suites (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
• Previous experience with documentation platforms is an advantage
• Ability to use image and video editing softwares at a fundamental level
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development is a plus point
• Meticulous, open-minded, organized, capable of working under pressure
