The Telemarketing Manager is responsible for building, coaching and leading a winning telemarketing organization (outbound) in order to achieve specific revenue targets.
1. Exceed sales targets under Benefits Package;
2. Develop and implement business tactics to support organizational strategies and goals
3. Define and coordinate lead generation training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives;
4. Implement, review, update call center policies and procedures
5. Develop phone scripts for telemarketer’s use with lead generation and qualification timely;
6. Recruit and train Team Leader & Telemarketers;
7. Search out data pertaining to potential customers;
8. Work with direct reports to maintain excellent service level, monitor performance;
9. Manage data usage manage in an effective and efficient way.
10. Provide detailed and accurate reports and forecasting
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Thorough knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of an outbound telemarketing call center;
2. Proven customer service skills, sales experience and leadership ability;
3. Ability to train agents in lead generation;
4. Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed;
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Minimum of 5 year sales management experience and 3 year experience in a Call Centre as team management position (outbound); 7. Strong people management (developing staff, building and leading teams).
