- Make 1st call to customers who touch to us directly and ask for satisfaction score.
- Produces reports and analyses data.
- Monitors 1st/2nd call performance vs. targets and follows-up with other department functional/department heads.
- Remind 2nd callers to make 2nd call to customers.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English with an ability to deal with individuals at all circumstances.
- Compute literacy in Microsoft Office with excellent oral and written communication.
- Good time management and teamwork skills.
- Good logical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Experience in a call center or customer service will be an advantage.
