Lawrence S. Ting would is hiring the English translator and interpreter as follows:

Job description
1. In charge of translating Vietnamese and English documents for two campuses
• Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa such as letters, reports, articles, etc., issued by the School or related to the operation of the campus, or activities of Counseling Center, CIEC Center to ensure that the school activities are able to take place smoothly.
• In charge of translating Website and coordinating with Vietnamese teachers to edit content

2. In charge of interpreting Vietnamese and English for school meetings and activities at two campuses
• Interpret during meetings, discussions (online and offline), workshops and events as required to ensure meeting content is understood accurately and professionally

3. Together with the staff in charge of foreign teacher work, support and substitute in translating and taking care of foreign teachers
• Coordinate with staff in charge of foreign teachers, to perform translation work for foreign teachers
• As a substitute for the staff in charge of foreign teachers, to support and care for foreign teachers

4. Perform duties as assigned by the Secretary Chief
• Perform translation and secretarial tasks as assigned by the Secretary Chief (requests from departments, monitor professional activities of departments and other secretarial tasks)

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in English
• Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in the position of Secretary and English interpreter
• Able to arrange, organize and perform work independently
• Have report writing skills; summarizing – updating information
• Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively internally with leaders and employees as well as effectively communicate with external organizations and partners.
• Able to translate quickly, accurately, and in accordance with the style of each language.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and proactively
