• Support recruitment team in all recruitment activities, such as: Job description, Job Posting, tests & interviews procedure, contact candidates, build database
• Source of CVs management: find out the best network for source development
• Keep good relationship with potential/junior candidates in order to develop a good resume database
• Responsible for building and managing external relationships with talents in the back office area.
• Responsible for developing through internet searches, networking, and cold calling the generated talent to develop strong qualified candidate pool.
• Leverage existing partnership with key universities, students organizations, professional associations, job fair

• College/University
• Can work full time
• Being passionate in recruitment
• Good at communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Be active, positive, honest, careful and responsible
• Have ability of working independtly and in team
• Ability in dealing multiple tasks
