- Reserve services for guests (such as: Hotel/Transportation/meal...)

- Manage service quality

- On tour customer support and follow up on customer satisfaction

- Operate and manage tours

- Set up relation and negotiate price quote with suppliers 

- Other tasks as assigned..

- Work place: Hanoi Office

- INBOUND STAFF UNDER 40 years old

- Candidates who have experience in equivalent position is an advantage

- College/University degree in Tourism – Hospitality/ Foreign Language/ Business

- Same working experience will be an advantage (Training opportunities for Non Experience)

- FLUENCY OF ENGLISH and PC skills

- Good command of communication and customer-oriented

- Readiness for high work pressure

- Honest, Pro-active, enthusiastic, hard working.
