Responsible for creating, planning and implementing and monitoring Learning programs (Functional Skills-Leadership Skills-Others Skills) by each store operations department for business effectiveness and development needs
- Plan the implementation and facilitation of learning activities and events, learning content, material production and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets
- Implement, monitors learning Plan, Expenses, Curriculum, Material of functional Skill to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
- Work with D&D learning manager to create, review, revise the learning content, materials, multimedia visual aids and presentations.
- Evaluated all learning activities and provide the report & feedback
- Work closely with D&D learning manager and team operations
- In loop and update the business information, SOP-WI especially store operations side at all time
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years in Modern Trade & more 5 years in management role
- Fluent in English
