- Further information: Are you an experienced travel professional with hands on sales experience within the travel industry? Do you have a passion for selling luxury hotels and travel itineraries?
An excellent opportunity has arisen based in Hanoi working for an up market Tour Operator as a Travel Sales Executive.
- As a Travel Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling up market/luxury holidays to various Southeast Asia destinations: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Thailand.
- Your clients will be discerning travelers requiring tailor-made luxury travel solutions for their specific holiday needs.
- You will enjoy delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times whilst meeting call targets and conversion rates.
- The key duties of the Travel Sales Executive will be:
- Putting together bespoke/tailor-made travel packages including flights, hotels, villa's, private transfers, and car hire.
- Communicating with clients, meeting their demands and requirements via skype, emails or phone;
- Achieving and exceeding set objectives relating to sales targets, productivity and product knowledge
- Dealing effectively with all administration issues and queries
- Ensure you maintain accurate knowledge on all company products and ancillary services
- Attend educational trips when required, feeding back product knowledge to colleagues

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Vietnamese citizen only
- Must have at least 1 years of experiences.
- Excellent in English both writing and speaking, other languages are privileges. Other languages French/German/Spanish/Italian is advantage.
- The successful candidate should have relevant travel industry reservations/sales/operations/marketing experience, strong sales skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- You will need to be sales focused with a positive outlook, organized and the ability to well within a team. You will also need to have good communications skills along with good administration skills too.
- The successful candidate can expect a basic salary plus a good incentives and bonus per performance. You will also be part of a fast growing luxury travel operator with good prospects for career progression.
