Tam Son Yachting is looking to hire a person to be SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT for our office in Vinhomes Central Park Marina.
The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, in liaising with the back office, Marina operation team and Vinhomes Central Park administration, from welcoming guest, handling a specific type of paperwork, to managing the operation of the Marina Lounge/Office.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales assistant task (40%)
- Record & follow up with sales team for prospect database & sales process. Report daily/ weekly/monthly
- Weekly Update stocks, pricelist, availability
- Contacting and present the services/product by the company to prospects as sales plan
- Receiving, qualifying client’s requirement before hand over to proper person in charge
- Follow up sale’s contract, payment, documents
- Other task assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager
2. Marketing: (30%)
- Experienced in CRM program execution (loyalty program, customer care program)
- Establish relationship with partners for marketing program (partnership, joint event…)
- Prepare the monthly newsletter for internal & external under guidance of marketing supervisor
- Support for company / group events & retail activities
- Other task assign by Sales & Marketing Manager
3. Administration (30%)
- Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and redirect prospects’ questions to related service,
- Managing the daily operation of the lounge/ office and maintaining the lounge in good condition
- Purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory. Recording and tracking office expenses and producing weekly and monthly reports for the operation of the Lounge/Office, Mail reception and delivery.
- Supervising the housekeeping.
- Working with accountant to collect payments and keeps accounts receivables up to date.
- Sales & Marketing weekly/monthly report following company’s form
Working hours: 44 hours/week
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Good communication skills
- Good looking is a plus
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Sense of customer service, good team player
- Experienced in CRM & Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in English language / Economic / Marketing
- At least 1 year of experience in office management
- Good computer skills, especially excel & PowerPoint
