Mô tả công việc
• Actively lead and monitor expat recruiting team
• Guide team members together with HR officers of school campuses on expat candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market conditions
• Manage and follow up on the full Expat recruitment cycle per school branch and/or Holding company’s requirements
• Ensure to meet the KPIs of both Recruitment Dept and HR Divison
• Liaise with Recruitment Manager to establish deadlines, to prioritise work and delegate appropriately within the Recruitment team
• Ensure team members to maintain a database of candidates for future openings
• Collaborate with line managers and division heads to identify future hiring needs and recruitment budgets.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Hold a Bachelor degree in English language, Human Resource or other relevant fields
- A minimum of 2 – 3 years working experience in Expat recruitment at language centers/ international schools,…
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
