UI / UX Designer - Web Designer (Up To 40M Net)

We are AhaSlides, a SaaS (software as a service) startup based in Hanoi, Vietnam. AhaSlides is an audience engagement platform that allows public speakers, teachers, event hosts… to connect with their audience and let them interact in real-time. We launched AhaSlides in July 2019. It’s now being used and trusted by over 120,000 users from 180 countries.

We are looking for a senior UI / UX Designer to join our team and help make AhaSlides the best audience engagement app in the market.

You will be joining our core product team to design, build, grow and optimise the AhaSlides audience engagement platform.
Your day to day tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Brainstorm, design, and develop new features that will be used and loved by our fast growing user base.
• Constantly improve our product’s UI and UX to achieve our ambitious growth targets on mobile and desktop space. This will require both imagination and data-driven thinking – it’s an unique job that is at the crossroad of art and science.
• Make AhaSlides a strong brand that will be recognised by millions of people around the world.
• Support our Growth team with artworks and materials for social media, blogs and emails.
  

• You must be an UI / UX expert. You have a proven track record of creating friendly, powerful user interfaces for web sites and mobile apps.
• You should have awesome graphic design and creative skills, with a proven portfolio.
• Being able to sketch well with be a big advantage.
• Being able to do motion graphics and video editing will be a big advantage.
• Having an understanding of HTML/CSS and web elements will be a big advantage.
  

• Salary range for this position is from 25,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND (net), depending on experience/qualification.
• There will be up to 3 major bonuses a year (subject to individual and team performance).
