Our client, a UK start-up has created a human-assisted AI platform that helps anyone build, run & scale tailor-made software. Now, they are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a proven history of delivering successful and engaging user experiences to join the company’s Design team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Experimentation team who are relatively new. The team needs a creative design thinker to help build experiences that will change a major industry. As a UX/UI Designer, you will need to understand product specifications, whilst maintaining a genuine interest in user psychology.

The team that you will join offers a fast-paced environment, and there will be lots to do. Plus, working with the experimentation team means you’ll get to understand the real impact of your designs on our users, as well as the bottom-line.

Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience working in a collaborative team and directly with developers.
- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.
- Ability to create user flows and wireframes, as well as pixel perfect design for developers.
- An excellent sense of typography, layout and general design principles.
- Efficiency when it comes to working in Figma, Sketch and associated design tools.
- Knowledge and experience of user research and usability testing.
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
- Strong communication & presentation skills (written, oral and visual).
- A good Agile/Scrum mindset;
- Good English language skills.

Extra skills
- Experience of working alongside experimentation teams would be a plus, is but not required.
