• Welcoming guests
• Receiving & transferring phone calls to correct people in charge ( mostly complaint calls)
• Receiving & transferring mails/parcels to correct people in charge with careful record
• Arranging meeting rooms with set up support ( such as : flowers, tea and coffee) and managing room booking on system
• Maintaining a clean and safe reception area
• Supporting administrative tasks relating to office stationary when assigned by line manager (not involving to payment process)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• People oriented to handle customers' complaints.
• Good at English(Speaking and listening)
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
