Wireless Network Optimization Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Carrie out the technical delivery of the project.and assumes responsibility for the technical delivery KPI achievement of the project
2. Manage operates and delivery routine optimization and special optimization projects of GSM.UMTS and LTE wireless networks. Manage the network optimization team on site and provides guidance for local engineers
3. Skillfully use network optimization analysis software tools such as TEMS/signaling analysis software to independently optimize the wireless network modify parameters perform data analysis and output network optimization reports network rectification measures and network adjustment solutions
4. Acts as the contact person for expert support.and tracks and solves major network optimization technical problems on site
5. Be able to independently carry out customer-related technical exchanges and training

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

1. Communications.electronics.computer and software majors. Those with delivery and maintenance experience are preferred
2. ZTE wireless equipment optimization experience is required
3. Have knowledge about network communication
4. Excellent foreign language (English/Chinese) skills
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit conscientious and pragmatic.and strong learning ability
6. Good service awareness.meticulous work good pressure resistance and adaptability and adaptability to international business trips
