Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive nationwide engagement & support projects
- Lead the design and execution of company-wide engagement initiatives across all sites, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business cycles.
- Develop annual engagement roadmap (ESAT, recognition programs, culture campaigns, seasonal events).
- Customize engagement approaches by site/account to reflect workforce demographics and operational needs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, PSBP, Marketing if applicable) to ensure strong participation and impact.
- Monitor engagement effectiveness through participation rates, ESAT trends, and feedback loops.
- Deliver impactful programs & communications
- Design and implement end-to-end employee experience programs (onboarding experience, recognition, wellbeing, culture moments).
- Own internal communication strategy, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with global branding.
- Develop communication toolkits (email, posters, intranet content, leader talking points).
- Ensure effective cascade of key messages from leadership to frontline employees.
- Continuously improve communication channels bsed on employee feedback and engagement data.
- Manage budgets (DPE, rewards, HR, Think Human Fund)
- Plan and allocate annual engagement and cultural budgets aligned with business priorities.
- Track and monitor spending across categories: DPE (Departmental People Engagement), rewards & recognition, HR initiatives, Think Human Fund.
- Ensure cost optimization, transparency, and proper documentation for audit compliance.
- Provide budget utilization reports and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to maximize impact while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Partner with leaders on ESC/Wellbeing KPIs & provide translation
- Collaborate with site leaders and PSBP to drive ESC (Employee Satisfaction/Engagement) and Wellbeing KPIs.
- Translate engagement strategies into actionable plans for operations leaders.
- Support leaders in interpreting survey results (ESAT) and building action plans.
- Act as a bridge to localize global initiatives into the Vietnam context (including language translation and cultural adaptation).
- Reinforce leadership accountability in driving engagement outcomes at team level.
- Oversee vendors, merchandise, and culture-building activities
- Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance for events, gifting, and engagement activities.
- Oversee production and distribution of merchandise aligned with branding and engagement goals.
- Ensure quality and consistency in all culture-building activities across sites.
- Maintain vendor database and continuously benchmark for cost and quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and internal governance processes.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from accredited Universities;
- Good command of English;
- 2-5 years of experience in Employee Engagement which the same scope, organization development experience is preferable
- Good presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills and strong data analysis;
- Hard working with can-do attitude;
- Adaptability and willing to learn;
- Honesty and confidentiality.

- Thứ 2 - Thứ 7 (từ 09:00 đến 18:00)
- 9 hours (8hrs working + 1 hrs break)
