Mô tả công việc
1. Mass Recruitment Strategy
• Plan and execute large-scale recruitment for multiple projects to meet volume and timeline targets.
• Expand high-volume sourcing channels: social media, community networks, and vendors.
• Build a robust candidate pipeline to mitigate high drop-out rates and handle urgent needs.
2. Stakeholder & Workforce Planning
• Partner with Operations Managers to forecast weekly/monthly hiring requirements.
• Ensure SLA compliance on "Time-to-Fill" for BPO and Call Center projects.
• Provide market insights and optimize interview workflows to improve conversion rates.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Pushing
• Lead and "push" the TA team daily to achieve high-volume hiring quotas.
• Monitor productivity metrics: Call volumes, interview show-rates, and joiner rates.
• Train staff on mass screening techniques and effective candidate closing.
4. Reporting & Process Excellence
• Manage recruitment dashboards and report on progress, risks, and forecasts.
• Streamline bulk interview processes to accelerate hiring speed and candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with corporate security standards and labor regulations.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Experience: 2–4 years in Mass/Volume hiring (BPO environment preferred).
• Skills: Excellent sourcing skills, Advanced Excel (dashboard management) and Good data-driven mindset
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Mindset: Result-oriented, high pressure-tolerant, and strong leadership drive
