As a member company of MISA, JetPay Joint Stock Company was established with the mission of providing secure, fast, and efficient digital payment solutions for businesses, organizations, and individuals. JetPay focuses on developing electronic payment services that help businesses optimize cash flow, enable transparent financial management, and enhance a convenient, seamless payment experience for users.
Job Description
- Work directly with customers to gather and clarify business requirements.
- Collaborate with domestic and international banks and financial institutions to understand and validate payment processes, and identify suitable solutions for customer implementation.
- Research and analyze competitor software, and propose enhancement initiatives for JETPAY BankHub.
- Conduct business analysis and produce Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and related documentation.
- Train and brief developers to ensure they fully understand the business context and customer expectations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the software meets customer requirements accurately and completely.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Coursework in Accounting Principles, Management Accounting, and/or Financial Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Preference for candidates with experience in banking, online payments, or accounting/finance.
- Strong communication skills, quick to grasp issues, and a good self-learning ability.
- Able to collect, consolidate, and analyze information effectively.
- Capable of writing documentation, delivering training, and giving presentations.
- Careful, responsible, and reliable at work.
- Fluent in English.
