Lead the Brand Communications team in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated communication activities that strengthen brand awareness, ensure message consistency, and support marketing objectives. This role is responsible for translating marketing direction into actionable communication plans while managing team performance, content quality, campaign execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
1. Communication Planning & Campaign Management
- Translate marketing objectives into communication plans and campaign roadmaps.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated communication campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Develop communication frameworks, content pillars, messaging strategies, and execution timelines.
- Coordinate campaign activities among internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and KPIs.
2. Team Leadership & Workload Management
- Lead and manage the Brand Communications team.
- Assign responsibilities and prioritize workload across team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support.
- Build a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
3. Content & Creative Direction
- Guide the development of communication concepts, campaign themes, and key messages.
- Review and approve major communication assets before publication.
- Ensure all communication outputs align with brand positioning and guidelines.
- Provide strategic direction for:
- Social media content
- Campaign content
- Video scripts
- PR materials
- Event communication assets
- Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and creative partners to ensure effective execution.
4. Social Media & Brand Presence
- Oversee the management of brand-owned communication channels.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
- Identify communication opportunities based on market trends and audience insights.
- Track competitor communication activities and industry best practices.
5. PR, Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate communication activities with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and external vendors.
- Review agency deliverables and ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Support media relations initiatives and corporate communication activities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
6. Event & Brand Activation Support
- Lead communication planning for marketing events, student events, internal activities, and brand activations.
- Ensure communication materials are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Support event execution and post-event communication activities.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Establish communication KPIs for campaigns and team members.
- Monitor communication performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports and recommendations for Marketing Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Brand Communications, Content Marketing, PR, or related fields.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading projects or managing team members.
