- Hà Nội: 18 Phạm Hùng, Phường Từ Liêm (quận Nam Từ Liêm cũ)

Mô tả công việc

Review, deploy and configure application base on guideline and go live checklist
Provide L2 support on production
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
Backup, achieve
Monitor, operating the platform, application, and system
Define SLA, OLA
Training for L1 support and other members
Create operation guideline documents
Turning the platform and system

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (EKS on AWS is a plus).
Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline.
5 years of experience in application operations or IT support for banking or enterprise systems, t24, core banking.
Operating experience with application server like Apache Tomcat or similarly
Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic search, Logstash
Experience working with Redhat, Linux,Window
Experience working with MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle
Familiar with web/application servers using Load Balancing model

Thời gian làm việc

Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 08:30 đến 18:00)

Thứ 7 (từ 08:00 đến 12:00)

Giờ làm việc tiêu chuẩn: Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu (giờ bắt đầu linh hoạt: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00) và 2 buổi sáng Thứ Bảy mỗi tháng (8:00–12:00) (có thể làm việc từ xa).
