I. Job Summary:
- Brand & Communication (B&C) Associate plays an active execution role to carry out branding and communications programs. She/he will support managers and other team members through a variety of tasks related to Brand, Communications, Events & Marketing. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Handle Physical branding, include:
- Coordinate with functional departments to support implementation of office /branches decoration, company events and company branding materials/advertisements for business growth.
- Manage all related licenses, both new and re-new, to ensure the company’s compliance to the law without any delay.
2. Be in-charge of Communications tasks InternalCom, CorpCom and support MarCom:
- Implement communications activities included, but not limited to, brand and corporate communications writings such as memo, website articles & news, social content, speeches, events agenda & scripts.
- Design and execute internal contests and engagement activities both offline and online channels for brand love.
- Manage Inventory of all branding materials including regular reports in precise, timely and compliant manner
- Be in-charge of Brand Compliance monitoring and reports to protect brand reputation.
3. Other assigned tasks by Division Head, Department Head.

1. Education background: University Graduated in Comm./MarCom/Media/International Relations/Marketing/PR or related field.
2. Minimum Experience: 1-2 years working experience in Branding, Corporate Communication, Events and/or PR/integrated advertising
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills:
- Good understanding and practices of best brand experiences. Having knowledge and experience in integrated marketing concepts is an advantage
- Good understanding and knowledge of brand assets, brand archetypes, communications management
- Good writing skill, both Vietnamese and English
- Good analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Be able to multi-task and adhere to timelines
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Have execution capabilities – engaging relevant stakeholders and managing expectations around timing, process etc...
- Hard working, cautious, detailed and ownership spirit.
