Mô tả công việc
1. Tele Collection check:
- Review Tele Collection (TC) process by checking data and sample check voice records of Tele collectors.
- Identify operational gaps, process violations, and risk issues related to collection activities.
- Prepare checking report and detail of error regularly. Review feedback for proposal findings from other departments.
2. Field Collection check:
- Daily check Field Collection (FC) report by calling customer and monitor data to ensure FC perform right status.
- Perform Field visit monthly.
- Prepare checking report and detail of error regularly. Review feedback for proposal findings from other departments.
- Analyze FC performance trends and identify operational risks or abnormal activities.
3. External Agency check:
- Daily check TC/FC Recovery team and External agencies by calling customer and checking data to ensure they perform right status.
- Prepare checking report and detail of error regularly. Review feedback for proposal findings from other departments.
- Perform External agency visit if required.
4. Other tasks:
- Training new hire, training monthly finding trend to reduce error of Collection Dept.
- Analyze collection quality data, operational KPIs, error trends, and performance metrics.
- Participate in internal projects related to operational excellence and process improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by line Manager when necessary.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualification
- College Graduate/University Graduate, major in Business Administration, Banking, Finance.
2. Work Experience
- 1-2 years of work experience in either of Credit Quality Control or Collection.
- Previous experience with banking industry or consumer lending is essential
3. Knowledge
- Banking/ Financial Service/ Consumer Finance
- Consumer lending, Credit Quality Control, Collection
- Prepare report, analysis and statistics
4. Skills
- Ability to fields checking is a must (50/50)
- Good at Microsoft office (excel, word)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good at teamwork, stakeholder management
- Using the system Collection/Quality Control is an advantage
5. Attitude
