Mô tả công việc
- Screening and selecting candidates;
- Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and performing reference checks;
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment and make recommendations to academic managers;
- Other recruitment activities as requested.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Already in the same position with 6+ months experience in recruitment and selection management;
- Multinational organization experience preferred (in the education, consumer or financial industry is a plus);
- Proficient in recruitment best practices, the Vietnamese labor code.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner;
- High flexibility and ability to manage recruitment function;
- Strong leadership skills and cross-cultural understanding;
- Good presentation and persuasive skills;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English;
- High-level skills, in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Basic skills in MS PowerPoint, and Visio.
