Mô tả công việc
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with Business, BA, and SA teams to define appropriate technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications within the Collection ecosystem and related banking systems.
- Ensure applications meet functional, performance, security, availability, and SLA requirements.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software following development standards and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and operational documentation.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, incidents, and production problems as Level 3 support.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, stability, and scalability.
- Perform system enhancements, modifications, bug fixes, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in deployment, release management, and post-release support activities.
- Conduct capacity planning to support business growth and increasing transaction volumes.
- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and development tools to improve system efficiency and maintainability.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members when required.
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's development standards, security policies, architecture principles, and operational processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader, Manager, or Director.

1/ Educational Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
2/ Relevant Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong development experience in at least one of the following technologies: .NET, JavaScript, ETL, or SQL.
- Experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience in application troubleshooting, incident investigation, and production support.
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Collection Systems, Risk Systems, or other large-scale enterprise environments is preferred.
3/ Relevant Knowledge / Expertise
Must Have
- Strong capability in utilizing AI-powered development tools and IDEs such as Claude, Cursor, Kiro, Opencode, Google Antigravity, or equivalent solutions.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good understanding of application architecture, database design, and system integration.
- Working knowledge of APIs, web services, and enterprise application development.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Working knowledge of application support, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in leading technical discussions or mentoring team members.
- Experience in solution design and application architecture.
- Experience working with vendors, partners, or cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Collection Systems, Core Banking Systems, Risk Systems, or Banking Data Platforms.
