Mô tả công việc

JOB PURPOSE To ensure all changes to the bank's IT systems are properly controlled and assessed for risk prior to going live. This role serves as the final control point to ensure change requests (CRs) comply with regulations and to mitigate risks, thereby enhancing IT service quality.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

  1. Update the list of CRs registered for each release period to plan the review and evaluation accordingly.
  2. Review the completeness and validity of CR documentation and assess potential impacts before approving the go-live.
  3. Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and other sessions to evaluate the impact of CRs on different business units.
  4. Participate in incident and failed go-live review meetings to identify root causes and lessons learned for future CRs. Monitor and review the completion of reporting and Service Operation (SO) procedures before closing CRs in the system.
  5. Contribute ideas for improvements related to go-live CR management and the approval process.
  6. Share professional experiences among team members to draw lessons and improve overall work efficiency.
  7. Other tasks:
    • Study and understand the architecture and business processes of systems (e.g., T24, Way4, DWH, AML, Neo App, and NeoBiz).
    • Receive, review, assess, and approve exceptional system access requests (PIM request approval support).

OUTCOMES/MEASURES

  • Zero missed CRs from units registered for go-live in each release period.
  • Successfully manage an average of 20 CRs from assigned units per release period.
  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of CRs on customers, business units, and IT systems during production deployment, in accordance with the VPBank Change Management process.
  • Approve eligible CRs for go-live, ensuring minimal negative impact and incidents.
  • Summarize and assess go-live activities for each period and develop lessons learned from failures or incidents.
  • Clarify risks/impacts and require units to define mitigation measures, or recommend halting the go-live if risks are not properly addressed.
  • Ensure all changes strictly follow defined processes.
  • Coordinate effectively with CAB members on the approval process.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) meetings for incidents caused by CRs.
  • Ensure 100% of CRs have sufficient supporting evidence uploaded before being closed in Jira.
  • Contribute to process and tool improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Organize knowledge-sharing sessions on methods, experiences, and skills.
  • Continuously enhance professional knowledge to improve work quality and reduce CR-related incidents.
  • Ensure full compliance with processes and regulations before any changes are made to the production environment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Banking, Information Technology, or related fields; ITIL certification is preferred

2. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise
- Always take the initiative to improve knowledge and be a team player
- Knowledge of Banking & Finance operations, Information Technology, or Risk Management
- Having Knowledge of IT products, services & applications in Finance – Banking, especially systems such as T24, Way4, OCB, NEObiz, DWH,..etc
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and CMDB is an advantage

3. Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English is preferred
- Good communication, problem-solving, and management skills
- Can work as an individual or as a team member, under stressful conditions, good teamwork attitude.- Responsible, proactive, and professional attitude
- Skilled in reporting, training, and presentations

4. Relevant Experience
- Total 6 to 8 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in one of the following fields: change management, software development management, quality management (QA)
- Working experience in the IT department of the financial and banking industry
