We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will not only excel in community management but also possess strong content creation skills. This role will be crucial in building and nurturing our online community, engaging with our audience, and enhancing our social media presence to drive enrollment for our courses.

Working hours: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute social media strategy across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Lemon8), aligned with brand and enrollment goals.
- Plan and manage content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality content tailored to each platform and audience segment.
- Lead content creation and creative direction (copy, visuals, video concepts), ensuring engaging, on-brand, and trend-relevant output.
- Develop and grow online communities, especially Facebook groups, driving meaningful engagement and user interaction.
- Monitor performance and optimize continuously using data (organic reach, engagement, leads, conversion), including testing and content improvements
- Execute social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, performance marketing, sales, customer service, influencer & partnerships….) to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing (experience in education/edtech is a strong plus).
- Strong ability in content creation and creative thinking (copywriting, content angles, campaign ideas); basic skills in Canva or Adobe tools are a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to understand customer insights and optimize performance.
- Experience in community management, especially managing and growing Facebook groups or similar communities.
- Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices across key platforms.
- Strong ownership, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage content calendars and multiple campaigns.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
