We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Operations Expert to join our Technology Division. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems and services. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership in IT operations, drive incident and problem management activities, establish operational standards and frameworks, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Operations Excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain deep understanding of business applications, infrastructure, and technology services to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain operational frameworks, standards, procedures, checklists, and tools for IT service operations.
- Evaluate current technologies and operational practices, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT Operations and Infrastructure Management.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to operations teams and stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in major incident and problem management activities, ensuring timely service restoration and effective root cause analysis.
- Define and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents and improve service resilience.
- Develop assessment methodologies and proactive monitoring approaches to identify operational risks, system weaknesses, and potential service disruptions.
- Propose and implement remediation plans to improve system availability, performance, and service quality.
- Monitor operational compliance against established standards, processes, and policies.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
2. Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify operational risks across applications, infrastructure, and services.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and performance measurements.
- Ensure operational activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, security standards, and service quality commitments.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to IT Operations.
3. People Development
- Create and maintain a personal development plan aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and support team members to strengthen operational capabilities and technical expertise.
- Promote adherence to operational standards, procedures, and best practices across teams.

Requirements
1. Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics &
- Telecommunications, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related disciplines.
2. Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Application Support, or related fields.
- Experience working in large enterprises, financial institutions, or banking environments is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in incident management, problem management, service operations, and operational excellence initiatives.
3. Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT Operations Management and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Solid knowledge of Application Architecture and Enterprise Systems.
- Good understanding of Cybersecurity principles and operational security controls.
- Experience with operational risk management and service quality management.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in software configuration, system integration, and operational support.
- Ability to apply systems thinking to complex technology environments.
4. Certifications
- Relevant international certifications are preferred, such as:
- ITIL
- Microsoft Certifications
- Red Hat Certifications
- AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Certifications
- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications
