Growth Marketing Executive - Product-Led Growth (Global market)
Work Location: Full-time at 39 Ng. 12 P. Trần Kim Xuyến, Yên Hòa, Hà Nội
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00), off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
About the Role
Prep is an AI-powered test prep platform for IELTS, TOEIC, HSK and more. Our PLG team grows the platform in global markets with a product-led growth (PLG) model: we reach learners, let them experience the product's value first-hand through different entry funnels, and convert them into paying users right inside the product.
Growth here covers the full loop: bringing users in through organic channels, building funnels that activate them, and turning that activation into orders and revenue through the product.
Job Description
Some workflows are already in place for you to run and improve; others you will build from scratch. Either way, you will always have support from the PLG BU Head and brainstorm ideas together with the team.
- Organic User Acquisition: Grow learner sign-ups from organic channels.
- UGC Content: Plan, brief and produce UGC-style content that drives sign-ups.
- Build & Test Funnels: Build landing pages and funnels with AI coding tools (vibecoding) to test new growth ideas, deploy them, and coordinate with the tech team when needed.
- Product-Led Conversion: Improve the journey from sign-up to activation to paid order: onboarding, lifecycle messages, offers and checkout.
- Automation: Run and improve existing automation workflows (n8n or similar) and build new ones when needed.
- Test & Learn: Run experiments, read the results and share learnings with the team.
- Work closely with the PLG BU Head and the Product-Tech team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related role, with a solid foundation in funnels, acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
- Understands the basics of product-led growth (PLG).
- Proficient in English for professional work: B2 level or equivalent (e.g. IELTS 6.0+ / TOEIC 750+). A certificate is not required.
- Uses AI as a core daily work tool.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier or Google Apps Script.
- Good sense for short-form and UGC content.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with conversion rates, forming hypotheses and reading test results.
- Fast, proactive and curious; enjoys learning and trying new things.
Nice-to-Have:
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and tracking (Meta Ads, Google Ads, pixels, GTM)
- Experience at a game, tech, edtech, mobile app or SaaS company
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (CleverTap, GA4)
- Has built working products (landing pages, tools, workflows…) with Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable or similar
- Has prepared for a language exam yourself and understands the learner's pain
