Training Needs Analysis & Curriculum Design (25%):
- Lead comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) periodically and on-demand across diverse retail projects, commercial divisions, and internal business units.
- Architect, standardize, and localize training materials, Sales Playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), role-play scenarios, and multi-tier competency assessment tools.
- Drive the digitization of training content by creating engaging E-learning modules, micro-learning videos, and mobile-friendly assets optimized for field-based employees.
Program Delivery & Field Coaching (30%)
- Facilitate high-impact training workshops covering essential fields: Advanced Sales Techniques, Supervisory & Leadership Skills, Retail Customer Service, Client Product Knowledge, and Corporate Culture.
- Conduct routine field-work, market visits, and on-the-job coaching sessions to evaluate operational standards and provide real-time behavioral corrections in Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) environments.
- Identify, mentor, and expand an internal network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Project Supervisors, and Team Leads to scale internal training capabilities.
Evaluation, Analytics & Reporting (25%):
- Implement structured post-training assessment frameworks, adopting at least Kirkpatrick Level 3 to measure behavioral transformation on the job.
- Track, evaluate, and optimize core Training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including completion compliance, assessment scores, and training ROI related to overall sales performance.
- Formulate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards detailing execution metrics, budget utilization, and impact assessments for internal management and corporate brand clients.
Employer Branding & Engagement (20%)
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to develop and execute an Employer Branding strategy that aligns with the company's core values and culture.
- Create compelling content (articles, photos, short videos) showcasing employee success stories, training events, and "Life at the Company" for external platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and the company Careers page.
- Organize internal engagement events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace environment and increase retention.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Languages, or a related field.
• Experience: Must possess 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Training and Development (L&D), with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to sales or field force development within FMCG, Retail, Consumer Electronics, or prominent retail outsourcing agencies.
