- Participants: Graduates or Students who are about to graduate, have basic knowledge of IT, and able to work fulltime.
- Objectives: A 2-5 month course focuses mainly on technology, English learning, and soft skills. Freshers can earn scholarships or learning allowances based upon their entrance test results. At the end of the training, freshers can work at FPT with the salary ranging from 11 to 15 million VND.
- Target: Under-graduate
- Objectives: Explore career options; integrate theory & practice; build work habits for job success; develop communication, interpersonal and critical interview skills.
Learners directly participate in the current projects of FPT Software. Then they have a chance to become official members of FPT Software and entitled to the welfare of the projects they join.
