CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: (What is the reason that this job exist; what is the overall aim of this role?) - Support product manager to maintain website, research and implement new features/projects for supersports website

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

A. Product Development & Web Operations

Platform Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary liaison between the business, internal technical/IT teams, and external vendor partners to log, track, and resolve technical issues and operational disruptions on all e-commerce websites.
Requirement Translation: Support the Product Owner in gathering business requirements, converting them into actionable user stories/development plans, and managing backlogs.
Launch & Project Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to follow up on development sprints, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure timely, high-quality feature launches.
Quality Assurance (QA): Maintain responsibility for overall website performance, functional correctness, site stability, and page load speed.
UX/UI Optimization: Analyze and continuously refine the e-commerce sales funnel to ensure a seamless, fast, intuitive, and professional customer journey from landing to checkout.

B. E-commerce & Commercial Operations

Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, sales performance, marketing channels, and user behavior) to deliver actionable insights and regular performance reports to leadership.
Commercial Campaign Support: Collaborate with the commercial and digital marketing teams to plan, configure, test, and execute e-commerce promotional campaigns and product updates on the web platform.
Market & Competitor Benchmarking: Continuously track competitor websites and retail industry trends. Proactively propose UI/UX upgrades, content enhancements, and merchandising strategies to improve conversion rates.
Partner & Operations Support: Assist the Product Owner/Manager in managing relationships with external technology partners, agency teams, payment gateways, and third-party logistics integrations.
Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other operational tasks and support business initiatives as directed by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Experience & Domain Knowledge
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, E commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• E-commerce Platform Experience: Proven experience working directly with e-commerce platforms. Experience with Shopify is a strong plus.
• E-commerce System Architecture: Deep understanding of e-commerce system activities, operational process flows, and the end-to-end e-commerce matrix (from customer acquisition to order fulfillment).
• Enterprise Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with OMS (Order Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 is a strong advantage.

Tools & Key Skillsets
• Must-Have Core Skills: Project Management and Data Analysis are strictly required skillsets for this position.
• Web & Data Tools: Proficiency with digital tools, including: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Looker Studio / Data Studio, A/B Testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or similar)

• Planning & Execution: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
• Problem Solving & Ownership: Proactive in finding and taking full responsibility for solving complex operational and technical problems.
• Initiative: Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative without constant oversight.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization (technical and business).
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail regarding site quality, user flow edge cases, and data accuracy.
• Teamwork: Positive attitude, high team spirit, and a collaborative mindset.
