ACC Vietnam is seeking a determined and talented individual who is willing to utilize their experience and expertise to take on significant responsibility and accountability to change Vietnam in a sustainable manner.

To serve the company (ACC Vietnam) as Legal Manager, to the candidate will efficiently and proactively counsel the Company on its legal rights and obligations, identify legal risks and protect the Company's and its shareholders’ interests and benefits while negotiating, executing and performing procurement contracts, power purchase agreements, leasing areements and other agreements in the normal course of the business.

The candidate will coordinate the Company’s anti-bribery and compliance policies, in line with the Company’s stated corporate philosophy and goals.

The candidate will coordinate and manage external counsel as required. In particular, the candidate will work with external counsel to ensure the Company is accurately represented and defended in any contractual claims and disputes, including assisting in preparing and reviewing all related legal documents and evidence.
