AMATA is among the World’s Leading Industrial City Developer. The first industrial park has been established in 1989 in Thailand, Amata has grown from a tiny entity into an industrial giant with three industrial estates covering an area of over 7,500 ha of land at strategically located in Thailand and Vietnam. Amata has built a strong regional platform, which serves a global clients close to 1,200 customers.

AMATA (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was established in 1994 as a joint - venture project between Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (Thailand) and Sonadezi Bien Hoa – a State-owned developer of industrial estates in Dong Nai province for the development of a 700 ha large industrial park in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province. The company held its grand opening in 1995. In 2009, Amata (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. was converted into a joint stock company. In 2012, Amata VN PCL. holding company was established and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET); it owns 90 percent of shares of Amata (Vietnam) JSC.

Amata City Ha Long at Quang Ninh Province will be strategically located close to international airports and seaports. This ambitious project covers an area of 5,789 ha for the development of a high-tech industrial park to attract automation technology, bio-technology, info technology and other, high-tech projects particularly in the electronic sector. It also reserves land for the establishment of R&D centres and laboratories, logistics infrastructure, exhibition centreman education facilities.

Amata commits to develop and continuously improve its industrial estates into sustainable, smart and state-of-the-art cities by adding new services and facilities. Our aim is to become the leading Smart City model in Thailand and ASEAN to promote sustainable and energy efficient smart living within our cities.

In addition, Amata is paying a special attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR). With specific programs organized throughout the year, Amata contributes to education, healthcare and environment in and outside the industrial park.
