Our pasta, gnocchi, and ravioli are 100% freshly homemade, and our doughs and bread are all made in-house with long-term fermentation (48H) to ease digestion, all our juices are cold pressed without added sugar or ice, our Sushi bowl and salads are much more than just a bunch of ingredients tossed together and everything we serve to our hungry customer is additive and plastic free.
