DFK Vietnam was established in 2003 as an independent member firm of DFK International in Vietnam. Since 2007, DFK Vietnam has been licensed by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam to provide audit service to issuing organizations, listed companies and securities business organisations, and has been licensed by the Ministry of Finance to provide business valuation service to State owned companies for equitization. We are selected as accounting firm to support the Ministry of Finance to research and update the current Vietnamese Standards on Auditing.

Currently, DFK Vietnam has more than 100 professional auditors and consultants who are both Vietnamese and foreigners working in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City offices. All of our professional staff are university graduates and postgraduates with years of experiences. Our key personnel are Masters from University – Swinburne (Australia), Utah (United States), Bradford (United Kingdom), Kyung Hee, Trisakti, Rotterdam (Holand) and from the famous professional associate ACCA.
