Krisma was established in January 2018 to be a full service firm to provide legal services for both litigation and advisement. Our main strategy was to provide legal advice with a full analysis of the attitude of the court and government agencies instead of just simply on the letter of the law.

During the past year we have taken many cases at all level of litigation, including some high profile criminal cases involving Vietnam’s largest banks. In our corporate practice, we advise many tech startup during their investment processes by local and foreign investors in conjunction with our partners in Singapore. We are also engaged by many financial institutions to set up or revise their current legal structure.

Recently, our corporate practice was expanded into a full subsidiary, providing tax accounting and HR services. It is our aim to provide a one-stop shop for any corporation who wish to expand into Vietnam. Most notably our HR services has received great receptions from our clients for our attitude-first approach which place higher emphasis on the attitude of the potential hires over their skills and experience. We truly believe that in Vietnam the willingness to learn and bravery to speak one’s mind is more important than the level of education.
