Pearl Global offers a wide range of product categories out of its manufacturing base from India (Gurugram, Chennai and Bangalore), Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam.   Group encompasses 25 state of the art factories with an installed capacity of 15,000 machines and produces approx 70 Million pcs annually.  All the factories are fully compliant and meet our customer requirements and believe in ethical and transparent working.  Consistent SOPs are followed across all group factories for quality and compliance with a control at corporate level.

PEARL GLOBAL Vietnam !

In 2017, The Pearl Global Group acquired a state of the art manufacturing plant (established in 2003) in Bacgiang city, 55 kms from Hanoi and just a 40 minutes’ drive from Noibai International Airport. Major upgrading was initiated together with complete further investments to ensure complete adherence to latest technical & social compliance standards (WRAP, SMETA, SEDEX, BSCI and multiple buyer specific auditing standards). 

Presently, Pearl Global Vietnam runs 16 lines in outerwear & jacket (down jackets, woolen jackets and coats, seam sealed jackets, puffers, parka’s, blazers and anoraks) and synthetic bottoms.

Highly skilled and experienced work force of over 1,100 people spread over 16 production lines produces over 200.000 garments monthly.

For end 2018/ 2019: two new partnerships are in the planning to expand our capacity out of Vietnam so the Pearl Global Vietnam Team is excited about the future.
