YIC ONE is a garment manufacturing and export company that turns fashion ideas into finished products for international brands. From our head office in Hanoi and our factories in northern Vietnam, we bring design, technical development, merchandising, sourcing, production and quality together in one connected team. Our factories produce for customers in demanding markets such as the United States, Korea and China, and every order is guided by the same goal: the right quality, delivered on time, by people who take pride in their work. Behind each garment is a team that cares about the details, from the first sketch and tech pack to the last inspection before shipment.

Our head office sits in the IDMC Tower on Pham Hung Street in Cau Giay, Hanoi, where teams in merchandising, technical design, marketing, sourcing and purchasing, finance, human resources and IT work side by side. Our production is based in Chau Son Industrial Park in Phu Ly, Ha Nam, and Quy Ninh Industrial Park in Thai Binh, close to skilled local communities. Our modern factory in Ha Nam alone employs close to 700 people, and the head office and factories work as one team, so every department can see how its work shapes the final product.
